General
- According to the relevant legislation (Greek Port Regulation No. 38), a speedboat license is not required for the rental of a fibreglass boat with a 30 hp engine.
- Rental fees are paid in full before the boat is delivered to the renter.
- In case of early return of the boat, no refund will be given. The service provider has the right to re-hire the boat for the remainder of the rental period..
- Within the first half an hour of delay after the agreed time of return of the vessel, the service provider is entitled to charge the amount of EUR 50 as compensation for the delay. In addition, if the hirer abandons the vessel at a place other than the agreed place, he will pay all costs incurred in transporting the vessel, as well as any lost income for the time required to return the vessel.
- The boat is delivered to the renter with full fuel tanks. The cost of fuel is not included in the rental price. At the end of the rental period, the renter will reimburse the service provider in cash for the fuel consumed..
- If the boat booked becomes unsuitable for hire or unavailable for any reason (e.g. damage or theft), the service provider undertakes to deliver another boat with similar characteristics to replace the first one at the same or lower price (not higher). If it is not possible to replace the vessel, the service provider shall offer the hirer an alternative date and time for the hire. If it is still not possible to change the booking date, then the amount paid in advance will be refunded to the renter.
- As required by law, the vessel is equipped with life-saving equipment and emergency equipment: personal life jackets, circular life jacket, floating device, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc., as well as a booklet with basic rules of safe navigation; with a nautical chart of the area.
Booking and cancellation policy
- The booking of a boat for any rental period is only possible if the client has paid at least 30% of the estimated amount, not including fuel costs. Online booking is available through our website.
- Online booking through our website: the customer receives an automated message to his/her email as confirmation of the reservation. If the service provider considers that the preferred services cannot be provided (e.g. due to weather, simultaneous on-site booking, etc.), an electronic cancellation of the booking will follow within 48 hours. The reason for cancellation will be notified to the customer and an alternative date and time will be proposed.
- In case of cancellation by the client for any reason, the amount paid, up to the date of cancellation, will be refunded to the client only if the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the desired date for the rental..
- The deposit or advance payment is non-refundable for reservations confirmed less than 10 days before the desired date for the rental. The cruise area is determined according to the weather conditions on the date and time of the actual rental..
- For bookings confirmed 3 or less days before the rental period, if the weather has unexpectedly deteriorated (e.g. high winds), the service provider will offer the customer an alternative itinerary. If no alternative itinerary is available, the customer shall be offered an alternative date and time for the rental. If it is not possible to reschedule the booking (e.g. due to the customer’s departure), the amount paid in advance will be refunded to the customer.
- When the client has paid any amount of deposit for booking a boat and does not show up in 1 (one) hour from the time agreed for the delivery of the boat, the service provider has the right to rent the boat to another client. The reservation is not transferable to a future time and any amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
Operator skills/qualifications
- Anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take the boat. Any deposit will not be refunded..

Insurance and liability

- The service provider is not liable for any loss or damage to the customer’s belongings or those of the persons on board with their permission during the rental period..
- The client undertakes to deliver the vessel to the host State. Any damage caused to the vessel by misuse or negligence will be entirely at the customer’s expense.
Sea transfers & boat cruises
- The customer agrees to pay the price set by the authority and agreed between the service provider and the customer. The customer will pay the full amount before sailing.
- Boat transfers and boat trips are private. The client and their accompanying persons will board the vessel, but their number must not exceed the permitted number of passengers per vessel.
- The prices listed on our website or in printed form are indicative and refer to the maximum capacity listed for each vessel. The service provider reserves the right to set prices according to circumstances. More persons and/or luggage, as well as any changes to the itinerary, may increase the cost and therefore the price for such services..
- Persons with serious health problems, women in an advanced stage of pregnancy or persons with any other medical condition that may be aggravated by the use of the boat should avoid boarding the boat. The service provider may deny boarding to such persons for their safety.

Use of digital material
- The service provider (boat rentals, boat tours, water sports) may use photos/videos taken during the use of such services with the consent of the persons featured in the picture/video, only for promotional purposes (on social media, websites, brochures…). Any customer’s wish not to use such material will be fully respected by the service provider.
